We, like many others companies are experiencing delays in supplier deliveries and subsequent shipping of orders which are causing unforeseen delivery delays, please see our delivery information page for latest updates!
Orders received before 12.00pm and in stock will be dispatched on the same day of order. Orders placed after 12.00pm will not be processed for dispatch until the next working day. Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 8am and 5pm weekdays. We will communicate any items that are not in stock and require ordering with our suppliers. Items that are placed on backorder will be despatched within 24 hours after they arrive into stock. We do not dispatch orders until all ordered items are in stock without prior agreement.

All deliveries must be signed for unless prior agreement is in place and items can be left in a safe and accessible area. We take no responsibility for items that are left without a signature. Items left without a signature will be classed as delivered in perfect condition. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts whereby you are deemed at fault will be charged at the original cost.
